Job Title: Sales Representative
About us:
-East West Telecom, an agent of EHR Magic, Inc.,which is an IT (Information Technology) company located in the Los Angeles area, specializes in developing software for the medical industry. Started as SonyWeb in 1999, in the following year the company developed a billing program for doctors to use for the management of their patients’ billing and for the reimbursement for services through insurance companies. We are looking for an experienced sales representative trying to promo our software which improves the efficiency of the doctors sending orders for laboratory work to their labs and for the results to be returned to the doctor’s office. It’s a great opportunity since we are dealing with a high-end software product!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for successfully selling EHR Magic, Inc. products and services in a specific industry and/or bay area.
- Business development, heavy prospecting, and new lead generation with the need to perform extensive cold calling.
- Identifying and properly qualifying business opportunities.
- Presenting to executive levels of organizations and preparing formal proposals; and leading negotiations, coordinating complex decision making process, and overcoming objections to closure.
- Perform sales presentations and demos of software in person or remotely.
- Present and/or demonstrate solutions based on customer needs.
- Strong ability to close deals.
- Report to Director of Sales and keep track of all activities, opportunities.
- Carry the whole sales cycle from lead generation to implementation.
- Keep informed on new products and other general information of interest to customers.
- Create new account prospects through referrals from existing customer base.
- Attend necessary sales meetings, product and training sessions in order to maintain sales proficiency
- Establish and maintain an effective, positive working relationship.
If you are:
- Having sales experience with small medical practices in either Healthcare IT or Medical Sales.
- able to leverage existing relationships with physicians and practice managers a plus.
- having 5 years professional selling experience with a track record to meet or exceed goals.
- having 1+ year selling EHR, EMR and practice management software.
- having proven track record of consistently exceeding corporate objectives and quotas.
- having strong presentation, communication, organization, and time management skills with a professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Self driven, motivated, and results oriented.
- having strong hunting and closing skills.
- able to persuade others.
And if you think you can:
- Directly or through your finder, to contact potential clients either from leads provided by EHR Magic, Inc.
- Contact clients from direct prospecting that your undertakes.
- Be completely familiar with the electronic medical records software that is provided by EHR Magic, Inc.,
- To attend in the medical professional’s office an online demonstration of the software by an EHR Magic, Inc. sales engineer.
- Finish the process by obtaining a signed sales contract with the client after that demonstration
- Arrange for the training of the physician’s staff after the software is ready to use.
